$5 Flu Shot Rebate From Lysol!

If you still haven’t gotten your flu shot, here’s a great motivator to do so. Lysol is offering a $5 Flu Shot Rebate HERE.


To take advantage of this offer you will need to have had your flu shot between 11/7 – 11/30, (so for once I’m glad I procrastinated). You’ll need to mail in the original receipt, showing the price paid for the flu shot and the filled out pdf form found HERE. You can fill out one rebate per household and this offer is valid in the US (except RI). Your rebate form must be postmarked by 12/30 to qualify and no P.O. Boxes will be accepted.
