You can sign-up for Target Mobile coupons by going HERE. Remember that normal text message rates apply and you will need access to the internet on your phone to get to the coupons once they are text messaged to you!!! Booo for me...I don't have the internet on my phone, but I am sure a lot of you do!!! It will likely take a few weeks for you to start receiving the coupons, so unfortunately you will not be able to get the Propel coupon if you do not already have it! But what a great idea right??
