This is one of my favorite holiday recipes. It requires no baking, I usually have all of the ingredients in my pantry and they taste delicious (just like Girl Scout Thin Mints).

I originally found this recipe in Kraft’s Food & Family Magazine. I use one bag of chocolate chips to about one and half sleeves of Ritz.
Just melt your chocolate, add 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint, dip Ritz in chocolate, lay on wax paper, sprinkle with crushed peppermints…

I made enough for some teacher gifts…
